- You deserve the best, so we only use the best, naturally. Our pieces are made up of handmade glass and ceramic beads, as well as freshwater pearls. Hard impact and poor handling can result in your beads breaking and chipping, so make sure to wear with care.
- Products with harsh chemicals like makeup, lotions, and sunscreen can cause damage or fading to your beads. We recommend applying these products before rocking your Hard Kandi!
- While our clasps are nickel-free, they are also silver-plated, and can look dull over time. You can clean up your clasp (but not your act) using a dab of silver polish or toothpaste and a soft cloth.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to poor handling.
Shipping Policy
- Please allow 1-2 business days for your item(s) to ship. Any adjustments made to sizing may affect this processing time.
- Please allow at least two weeks for custom orders to be completed, but a more accurate timeline can be established once your custom order is discussed and confirmed.

Return Policy
- Items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition and include their original packaging in order to receive a full refund or exchange.
- Repairs are available for the lifetime of your piece. Once a repair is received, please allow up to two weeks for the repaired piece to be shipped.
- Custom orders that are cancelled once work has begun will be subject to store credit only.
