Refund policy

• Items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition and include their original packaging in order to receive a full refund or exchange.
• Repairs are available for the lifetime of your piece. Once a repair is received, please allow up to two weeks for the repaired piece to be shipped.
• Custom orders that are cancelled once work has begun will be subject to store credit only.
• We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to poor handling
